Hi, I have a website hosted on shopify but the domain is under namecheap. I am trying to send emails with my website link on the mail content, but it goes directly to spam. I think it is because websites on shopify share the same Ip and the IP is already ranked with a very bad reputation for trustability.
I wonder if there is any way to change the IP to have a dedicated one and try to avoid this problem while sending emails with my website link on it.
