If you have already translated your entire Shopify store to Norwegian, including the checkout page, then it’s possible that the issue you are experiencing is related to the email notifications that are being sent to customers after they place an order. Here’s few steps you can try to do to troubleshoot the issue:
- Go to Online Store → Settings → Click “Notifications” → Choose the notification that you want to customize, such as “Order confirmation” or “Shipping confirmation.”
- In the “Email body” section, you can customize the text of the email to ensure that it is being sent in Norwegian. You can use Shopify’s language editor to translate the email content into Norwegian, or you can use custom HTML to create your own email template.
- Save and test.
