In the abandoned cart email, the customer will be directed to the checkout page. I would like it to direct them to their cart instead. How can I do this?
This topic was posted previously however I was hoping there is actually a solution where I can stay with the zapiet app instead of integrating with shopify’s pickup and delivery functions.
To redirect your customers to the cart page, when they’ll use your Shopify’s Abandoned Checkouts email notification, please edit this “url” in its template. The template can be found in Shopify / Settings / Notifications / Customers notifications / Abandoned Checkout.
Please, note that Shopify uses cookies to allow customers to keep items in their cart for 14 days. The cart page will still includes the products from their initial order, unless the customer cleared their cookies in the meantime or are using a different device to click the link.
