Change mobile menu to header as screen version Streamline theme

Hello, my mobile site has a sticky big lower menu that’s hiding a lot of my site images. Can I remove it and changed to top left hamburger and have my cart logo on right top too instead of low position? my site is: www.llayersnyc.com

Thanks

@emilie_p hello, I got this message - Access Denied

can you please open site for me?

Hi @emilie_p

HI, I have Streamline theme, I can’t find anywhere to change it yes, I need to try with code css

Hi what do you mean open site?

it means we are not able to see home page, getting message access denied

Yes, it’s a country blocker app.
I can see the site properly.

Now, as to the requested design change – if the goal is to keep the hamburger button sticky on mobile, than it’s not a big difference where to have it – at the bottom or at the top.
If, however, you want the hamburger button line to scroll with the rest of the content off screen, then it does make sense, but user experience would suffer because sticky heading with a menu which is always available is a nice UX.

It is possible to do that with CSS, but would require larger than usual amount of code as one needs to address, for example, menu opening animation – instead of current bottom-up it needs to become top-down.
This is on top of lots of repositioning…

IMO, beyond free forum advise, but…

hi! Yes that’s it! I looked at other sites and I had the impression that it would be easier for the customer to have the header mobile menu as on the screen. (sticky at the top with hamburger and cart logo) so it’s not hiding product text when scrolling for example.

Oh I see , that’s my homepage on mobile

@emilie_p if you want hamburger menu at top header then it may need code editing because right now your menu is separate from header
