Change my main image according to my radio button selection

Hi Guys,

I am trying to develop my website and want to offer customized products.

I managed to code to get radio options on my product page but i am unsure how to change the image according to the selected options of the radio options. I want to replicate how the image changes according to the option selected in the drop-down options but for my radio buttons.
