Change nav bar link from shopify section to collection page

I’ve changed one of the menu bar links, but not getting the desired result. The developer had originally set the link to something like: #shopify-section-template–17166101020950__3688d051-de23-4a5e-9f03-3e5e7235fec1

From within navigation settings, I have changed it to link to a collection. Now when I click on the link, it does not work. It only works if I right-click and select open in new tab/window.

For your reference: it is the “why we suck” button, top left of nav bar at this url:

Any idea how to resolve this one?
