Customer purchased on line using the same address for Billing and Shipping.
They are now requesting to change the Billing address only.
The billing address does not appear in Admin ,
It only says “Billing address same as shipping address”.
It seams that we can’t change the Billing address only.
Is it possible to change only the billing address? If so how?
I have this recurring question from customers purchasing for their company but use their own credit card so then SHOP fills out the info… I just edit the PDF invoice and return it back to them - it is fast and it works - Shopify should have this option integrated at no charge to all owners of ecommerce businesses - we should not have to pay for an app that we don’t really need on a daily basis. But this option with editing PDF file makes my customers at ease, they can charge their employer for the purchase on their expense account and the company has an official paid invoice with all the information needed,
