I want to change the language of the pay with paypal button on the checkout page. It is in Dutch, but i want it to show in English. Is this because i am in the Netherlands, or do i have to change something for this to change to English.

It may be because of your country and text changed using localization
You can confirm it by using some VPN of other country check if it is still in Dutch

Thanks for your reply, but i have tried VPN, and even then it shows it in Dutch. So if maybe there is a solution for this, it would be really great.
