You can change the collection sort settings to do so. You can follow the instructions below

  1. From your Admin page, go to Online store > Products > Collection
  2. Choose the collection you want to edit
  3. Change the Sort, shown on the image below. Make sure to SAVE

This is exactly my problem, that this does not work. I have all my collections sorted with “Bestselling” yet it only shows A-Z: https://taneraskin.com/collections/all

Do I have to create a new category, add all my products, and publish this? I read something like this but I don’t know how to do it. I simply wanna sort the products page to Bestselling.

Would appreciate your help!

I see you have the collection All in the Product link. I would suggest to change it in the collection that you already have it sorted. You can check the video below

Actually, the issue for me is that the collection is sorted manually, but defaults to display as featured. But now that I’ve toggled the order, it’s no longer manual. So, I’ll just stick with best selling for now. But for for near-future reference, is it possible to have a manually sorted collection default to manual display? I would think so but it wasn’t working for me.

I’m having the Same issue. I’ve probably tried everything you have. Did you ever figure this out? if so please share how you got it to default to Best Seller of other. Thanks Frank
