Hello Imogen, thank you for your kind reply. I don’t have on “Settings > Notifications” the “Abandoned Cart” notification you mention, there’s only a “Abandoned POS Checkout”. The email I’m referring to is configured and sent via “Marketing > Automations”, and uses Shopify’s standard Email App.

Unfortunately, I followed the steps you described but the shop name still remains the same. Do you have any other approach? Maybe reinstall the e-mail app?
