The solution above is how you’re going to want to change your store name for these automations, as the store name used in the automations (the emails created in marketing > automations) will be the store name that you have set in ‘Settings > Store Details.’
Can you tell me what you’re trying to change the store name to, and how it’s appearing on the email? I’d greatly appreciate a screenshot so I can see specifically what section of this automation template you’re trying to change your store name for. If I can see the section giving you trouble, I should be able to replicate and work on a solution in my own store for you.
