Change slider to product tile view on mobile for Motion Theme.

Hello! I am hoping someone can help me with this. The featured listing on my website has the desktop with tiles which I like but in mobile view, it switches to a slider for the products. I would much rather have it show product tiles in columns of two and swipe down to view more.
I did find one other post on this subject that had code to install but I am having trouble figuring out how or where to place the code.

Here is the desktop view:
