I need to change the button colour on the homepage slideshow to be solid colour (currently it’s gradient), so far with no luck. Tried changing the base and theme codes.
This is how it looks now:
And I need it to look like this (if anyone can help me with making the text left-aligned as shown below would be great!)

In this case you only need to add link for your button.
Currently, Dawn theme shows the button has not link with opacity 0.5.
So you only need to add the link for your button.

Would you be able to help with the text alignment? And how do i change the colour of the text on the button?
Hi @ExpertRookie - i found a way to move the alignment to the left, but no luck yet with the font colour of the button (want to change it to white).
for the text alignment, you only need to check the section settings.
to change the button color you can try to check the theme settings
