I’ve been looking for a solution everywhere and I can’t seem to find one. I’m trying to change my slideshow from a manual sliding effect to an automatic, animated, fading effect.
I’m using the Refresh theme, and the sort of thing I would like is the top slideshow thing on bonjify.com

So if you check out the fading slideshow on the front page of the link I added, you’ll see a series of images that slowly fade from one to the other, with text that pops up. I would really like to add something exactly like that to my store, but I can’t figure out how.
I think your theme does not give such a type of functionality.
You have to implement it by adding some custom code or section. Or you can use third-party slider jQuery which provides such functionality. for example, you can take a look at thishttps://amazingslider.com/examples/jquery-slider-fade-effect/
