Where would I go in the “trade” theme to edit the default of “sold out” to something else? Thank you!
@rachp528 – You can do that from your store admin > Online Store > Themes > in the current theme, click “…” > Edit default theme content and search for the sold out text

Step 1. Go to Admin → Online store → Theme > Edit code
Step 2. Find the file en.default.json. Search for the following CSS snippet
Change “Sold out”
