Change text of email subscription page

I am looking to change the following subscribed and also unsubscribed text:

Can someone assist me where to find the text and change it and also do delete the “baj.”?

Yes both. I have the one in the footer thats part of the theme and I use a pop up from EcomSend. But the text I wanna change shows on the page itself (see pic)
