I’m just curious about how to change the color from the (Inverse, background…) when editing the theme:
I may want to change the footer and some other parts in black, so maybe it’s better to change the color directly from here instead of going element by element.

I would like to give you some recommendations to support you
‘Inverse’ theme color is selected in color settings
Theme setting → Color → Secondary colors → text
Besides: if you want to change color directly with css code for footer
you can add css code by following way
Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
Open your theme.liquid theme file
Paste below code before :
