Change the email forwarding of the contact form

Hello All!

On my website there is a contact form :

When someone write an message here and click “SEND MESSAGE”

I receive an email “New customer message on April 20, 2022 at 3:02 pm”

How do I change the email on which I receive this message?
I would like one of my employee to take care of the customer support

Your contact form sends all submissions to the Customer email address listed in your admin. This can be found by selecting Settings > General > Store details > Customer email, in your Shopify account. Have you created an email forwarding address so the contact form can be sent to the email address you have listed in this section? If not, this can be done within the Online Store > Domains section of your admin as shown in this guide.

Please follow these steps to change the Contact Us form email:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Settings

  • On the Store details tab, navigate to Contact information and click on edit

  • Edit the sender email. Your contact form sends all submissions to the Sender email address of your store

  • Hit Save
