It sounds like you are referring to the way your store will populate in search results. If so, that is correct that it can take roughly 2 weeks for the changes to propagate. This is due to Google needing to re-crawl and document the changes made.
To speed up this process you can use Google Search Console and import your sitemap. This will trigger Google to crawl your site sooner.
