Change the wording of inventory status on product page

I would like to change the wording of inventory status when it gets to low stock on product page template.

It currently displays when stock is low: “Low Stock - X Items Available”.

I would however like to change the wording of this to something different. Is this possible?

Using impulse theme.

You can go to Online Store > Themes > Edit default theme content

Find Low stock and edit it
