Change what facebook did to my store

My store has a big M for my store front and I hate it

Thank you for answering, I have my store on Facebook and I don’t like the way it’s being changed to the big blue icon that’s being betrayed and I want to take it down and use my logo picture. And I’m trying to figure out where I can find the url for the store because I need to change it because I’ve been hacked and I just realized that this person might have changed it to another account. That’s my priority right now, but I also have a problem with my memory on how to log into my admin account, it’s not on the navigation page, so I’m going to try again and see about changing the url. The ad on Facebook I can’t find it, but it has a big blue logo with a capital M on it, and it looks horrible. I went ahead and posted my store on my Facebook page. Now I’m afraid the person who hacked me and rerouted my customers to his account. But I don’t know how to fix that. I just posted it yesterday and tagged my friends on it. So how can I change the url and buy a copy more URLs? Thank you so much

I can definitely understand having your account compromised is not an ideal situation. It sounds like our team will need to have access to your account to investigate what is happening on the back end. While I’m not able to have account access via the community forum, I will share what steps to follow to create a support request in the Shopify Help Center.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Head over to the Shopify Help Center.
  • Log into your account. If you’re unable to login, select 'I don’t have an account’ to bypass this section.
  • Select a topic that best pertains to the issue.
  • On the following page, scroll down to the Get Support section and select one of our available contact options.

I would also strongly encourage you to contact Facebook Support as one of the issues you mentioned is how the information is displayed directly on your Facebook page. The Facebook Support team will be best suited to assist you with this query.

And I have another question, I’ve reached out to a friend of my sons who is a funeral Director, and showed him the memorial jewelry that we have. He loves them and wants to know if we could give him a pamphlet, so the question is, do we have any, or is it possible to make them. I’ll be going to my grandson’s baseball game shortly and I will be checking with your answer tonight

Are you interested in creating an online pamphlet or a physical pamphlet? If you’d like to create a digital pamphlet, you can look into apps such as LookThru or Simplebooklet which allow you to create interactive content for your users.

Additionally, you can also look into Canva where you can design your brochure/pamphlet for either in person or digitally.
