I can’t access my store nor create new one. When I tried to contact support, the system says I’m missing name and email, which I don’t. Anybody knows a solution?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble gaining access to your account.
You mentioned that you changed your login email and your Google account email. When updating the Store Owner account email, did you receive a confirmation email from Shopify? This email is sent after updating to ensure security and account integrity. We have more information in our Managing your Shopify account resource.
For better visibility, could you share a screenshot of the error message when attempting to log in? Could you also advise if you’re able to log into your Google account, and if this change is only affecting your Shopify account?
