Changed email but Shopify keeps sending downloaded reports to our old email

Hi,

We changed our email address.

We did this for both sections. The same email is used for the one customers see and (supposedly) the one that shopify uses to contact you. All has been OK but we are now downloading payout reports etc and they are being sent to our old address, which we no longer have access too. Have i missed something? Panicing now because we need access to these reports to send to our accountant but they are being sent to our old email.

Check the email address of the user account you’re using to log into your store’s admin.

I fiqured out it was my profile that had the old address and was causing the mix up.
