Changed the number of Collection on Home Page not showing

In production changed the Home Page to show Collection from 3columns to 4 in desktop mode. The change is visible in production, but not appearing in the live version of the site. Any suggestions?

Did you click Save after changing? Also make sure you reload your page to check
