I use Klaviyo and have had Shopify working as an integration smoothly for the past year. I switched themes from Debut (using Pagefly) to Fuel (without Pagefly) a few days ago, and can’t get the newsletter section to work.
The newsletter section is viewable and I can change its content/design. An email address can be added, but sometimes it shows a captcha, sometimes it doesn’t; and it definitely doesn’t give any success/confirmation message or add to Klaviyo’s list.
On the following link, I’ve tried two ways of working it out. The form on top is a Klaviyo-written and inserted bit of code; the form on bottom is the Fuel-theme-created newsletter section. Neither work. Newsletter – Baxley
