Changes currency when change country, but client have card in UK and would like to pay in GBP

Thank you for your answer. Here it is more information you preferred:

• Our shop default shop currency is USD,

• We are based in UK,

• We use Shopify Payments and PayPal

When we change with VPN to Philippines, we see still main payments providers. So issue will be the same with all of them.
