Changes to base.css not visible on mobile - Dawn 12 Theme

Hi,

I’m using Dawn 12 and have made some additions to my base.css file. I have just realised that when testing on desktop all changes are visible and look great.

However when testing on iPhone mobile using Safari - things like custom bullet points in listings & borderless image in image with text section are not working.

Is this a known issue or do I need additional coding to work on mobile?
