Changing code in the theme to enable Klaviyo

Hi!

I switched from Mailchimp to Klaviyo and wanted to add a newsletter to my website, however, I have an issue with the current theme of my store as it does not support Klaviyo. It was downloaded externally by a person who I can not reach anymore.

I was told by the customer service team that the only solution is to change the code to enable Klaviyo as that is the only issue blocking the newsletter.

Could you please help me with this as our new customers can not subscribe to our newsletter?

Hi There,
To switch from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, add its embed code to your theme.
You should edit the code on the Shopify theme and paste it into the index and footer files where you want the form to appear.
