For email marketing using Shopify Messaging, I always want product images to be their original aspect ratio, but the app defaults to Square. This means that every time I add a product block to a newsletter, I have to change the image aspect ratio. How can I make it default to Original? And if I can’t, this is very obnoxious, so please, whoever has the power, make it so that I can. Thanks.

Yeah that’s annoying. There’s no setting to change the default aspect ratio in Shopify Email right now, you’re stuck manually switching it every time. You could submit feedback through the app itself but honestly that feature request has been floating around for a while with no movement.
