Changing email address for my store without loggin access

i am currently trying to loggin to my account which has been inactive for three months. unfortunately i have forgotten my password to the email address i used to create the account. How can i get access to my account?

So sorry to hear your issue. It may need a little time longer than usual to sole this but you may want to try these solutions:

If you have recovery email, use recovery email and Shopify will send a password reset link to that email.

  • If you have recovery phone number, use it to have the password reset link from Shopify.
  • In case you don’t have any recovery email or phone number, we suggest you to contact the Shopify support through live chat, the will able to verify your identity and assist you in resetting your password.
