Changing font on one line of packing slip?

I would like to change the font for one line of my packing slip. I don’t have a ton of coding experience, but I have managed to get the SKU to show up twice on the packing slip. I would like to make the second one display as a barcode using the Libre 128 font.

Is what I’m asking possible? Can anyone help with the code?
