I have a purchased premium shopify theme only I see that I cannot change the ‘padding’ of the top and bottom in the theme itself normally I can in other themes. Is there an other way?

padding-bottom: 0!important;
}

You can change the padding using the custom code. Online Store > Theme > Edit Code
Or you can hire a developer who can do the custom code for do that and also a developer can develop a custom code to change the padding from the customization panel. I hope you understand, if you have any questions, inform me without any hesitation. Thank you
