Changing layout of checkout and data order

Hi my logistic partner wants to update the layout or the order of addresses. They want Optional Address (Apartment, Suite, etc.) to comes before the actual address.

so my question is

  1. is it possible to update the checkout layout?

  2. and if I can change the order, is it possible to export my order list in that specific order as well?

oh sorry for that issue checkout page customization allow only shopify plus plan
