Hello,
I have determined that my Merchant Category Code is incorrect and have been trying to get it changed to the correct MCC. I requested the change through the help center 11 days ago and have a logged chat and a ticket number. Since that day, I have not received any other information, five requests for an update have gone unanswered and there is no other obvious way to communicate with Shopify regarding this issue. Can someone provide me another means to contact Shopify about this matter? It has become extremely frustrating.
