@amierafa This may due to the content not saving properly on Shopify server or your own network connection. You can check this situation via these two ways.
If you fail to save several times, switch to other browsers or incognito mode page. Changing your network connection from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data can work sometimes. You can have a try and see which one works.
