Changing order cancellation reasons

I would like to change the Order Cancellation reason from “Fraudulent Order” to “Possible Fraudulent Order”. I can’t seem to find the list of reasons where I would change that.

To change the order cancellation reason from “Fraudulent Order” to “Possible Fraudulent Order,” you unfortunately can’t modify the default reasons in Shopify directly.

However, you can create a custom reason by selecting “Other” when canceling an order, and then manually typing in “Possible Fraudulent Order.”:

  1. Go to Settings in your Shopify admin.
  2. Click on Checkout.
  3. Scroll to the Order processing section.
  4. Under Order cancellation reasons, you’ll find “Other.” Choose that and type in your custom reason.

Thank you. I was concerned about what the customer sees when they get a notification that the order was cancelled. But, from what I’ve seen, it sounds like the reasons are for internal use and the customer is only notified that the order was cancelled. Thanks for your help.
