I want to show different prices to my store visitors based on their location. For example if a person visits the site from the US he should see different product prices than the one who visits from the UK for example. Is there a plugin or a tool that can help me do the job? Remember i don’t just want to change the currency, i want to display different prices to the same products based on the location of the customer. I don’t have the funds to buy multiple stores for each of the countries hence i want it done on the same domain.

See the Shopify Markets feature, otherwise see dynamic pricing apps etc.
Beyond that you’d need to be asking much more in depth questions backed up by research of the apis your trying to use to utilize.
Sanity check: If a region doesn’t bring enough revenue to pay for a separate store why even waste time polluting the primary markets store.
