See the Shopify Markets feature, otherwise see dynamic pricing apps etc.
Beyond that you’d need to be asking much more in depth questions backed up by research of the apis your trying to use to utilize.
Sanity check: If a region doesn’t bring enough revenue to pay for a separate store why even waste time polluting the primary markets store.
