I have uploaded png images with transparent backgrounds but for some reason seem to show a white background when on the collection page. On the individual products pages it shows transparent. Would love to know if there is a solution!
You should make sure first that the background of your images is really transparent.
If that doesn’t help - make sure that your product image container background is transparent.
You can also share a collaborator access so we could resolve the issue quickly.
