We want to start writing blog posts for our company, how we can make the blog author would be our company name or if not possible, how can we remove the author completely?
We use Reformation Themes (if that matters)

The Author of a blog post can only be the name of a staff account that exists on your store - do you have a staff account with the name of the business, or are they all under individual’s names?
If you do have this, you can change it in your admin by going to Online store > Blogs posts, click into any blog post you want to change it for and see under Organization the Author field:
If you do not have a staff account with the company name, as you said you can look at having the name hidden on your theme.
As Reformation is a third party theme, I wouldn’t be able to advise exactly how to remove this - some themes come with an option built into the theme editor where you can hide author name.
If you do not see such an option when you go to edit the theme, you should then look to contact their support here and ask that they assist you in removing the name.
I also just wanted to mentiont that it’s great that you’re doing blog posts. Blogs are a good way to orginically increase your SEO and potentially drive new traffic to the store.
