Changing Sales badge to percentage Flex Theme

Hi,

I’m having trouble getting my sales badge to show ‘% off’ instead of ‘Sale’. I’ve gone through many forums, and can’t quite find the answer or get it working properly. I am on Flex theme Out of the Sandbox,

I’ve changed the ‘product-thumbnail_sticker.liquid’ to:

{% if product.available %}
{% if product.compare_at_price > product.price %}

{{ product.compare_at_price | minus: product.price | times: 100 | divided_by: product.compare_at_price | money_without_currency | replace: '0,', '' | remove: '0.'| append: "% OFF"}}
{% endif %} {% endif %}

This has worked on the sales product list page here . But not if you go onto the second page of products, and it doesn’t show on any other pages >eg. here. It flickers the % sticker and then resorts to the SALE sticker.

I’ve tried adding the product compare price code above into various parts of different liquid product and collection files with no fix. I’ve reviewed all the other forums but the code/liquid files seems to vary from what is described so it hasn’t quite worked. (I’m coming from Wordpress - so getting to understand the code).
