How can I change the default shipping method at checkout to delivery(with flat rate) from pick up in store(free).

We do both, but it defaults to pick up in store so customers arent changing the option to delivery and therefore not paying for shipping.

It should be other way around. Default to delivery/shipping and they then have option for store pick up.

Also, how do I then recharge for delivery or do i just have to wear it.
