changing "shopify yearly plan" to "basic monthly plan" and geting it refund

HI. I changed to plan to “shopify yearly” paying $1480 to use CCS (only for the distant rate).

but my customer was not happy and he wanted to change it and publish the web now.

so I requested to change it and get it refund from this Tuesday.

Today is Friday but I talked to Support advisor 5 times about this issue.

why the billing team is not touch with me about this issue for 4 days.. until now.

No one helps me . I need to publish it now. deserve to get $1500???

I spent 4 days for this… it’s not good.
