Changing Shopify's Automatically Inserted [Store Name] under Preferences: Home Page Title

Topic summary

Main issue: Shopify automatically appends the store name to Preferences > Home Page Title (e.g., “Classic Cassette Tapes Online - The Cassette Place™”), and the user wanted the appended store name in ALL CAPS (“- THE CASSETTE PLACE™”).

Key detail: Manually adding the caps in the Home Page Title causes duplication because Shopify already auto-inserts the store name.

Explanation: The appended text is derived from the store’s Name set in Store Details, not directly editable in the Home Page Title field.

Resolution: Change the store name’s capitalization in Store Details to the desired ALL CAPS. This updates the automatically appended text to match.

Outcome: Problem solved by the user; no further actions or open questions. Discussion closed.

Can someone please Help me with this problem?? [Store = TheCassettePlace.com]

Trying to change the below Under: Preferences: Home Page Title.

Classic Cassette Tapes Online (this next wording is somehow inserted automatically by Shopify = [ - The Cassette Place™]

I am trying to make the automatically inserted Text ALL CAPITOLS as [- THE CASSETTE PLACE™]

If you try to add this Text to the actual line for Home Page Title it inserts the text TWICE as it is already automatically put in by Shopify as above… But I am looking to make just the Automatically applied Text ALL Capitol lettering and I do NOT know how or where I could change Shopifys already set lower case Text for this? [ - The Cassette Place™]

Please someone help me with this! Thanks Very Much!!

Solved myself… You just change the NAME of your store to Capitol Letters in the “Store Details” Section. Thought that might solve it!
