Changing the color at the very top portion of the header using the theme Minimal Fashion

Can anyone help me find the code to change the very top portion of the header in the Minimal Fashion theme? This is the very top that has the cart icon and search bar. It’s NOT the portion just below that has the logo area. Thanks
