Hi!
I want to do a simple thing - change CTA copy on product page from Add to Cart to Confirm Booking Details. I’ve managed to do this but after I change variants, it goes back to Add to Cart. Any way to fix this?

I suggest you should change the theme content in the language instead of using code
Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > Edit theme content
Step 2: Search for Add to cart and you can change it inside
