I’m trying to change a tab name on our home page – It doesn’t look like this can be done in collections, but I’m having a hard time figuring out through the theme page how to change this as well. You can change the title of a collection in the Collections section of your admin. When you click on a collection to edit it, you will see an option to “Edit website SEO” towards the bottom of the page:

Clicking here will allow you to change the page’s title, description, and URL. What is written in the “page title” section is what you will see in your browser’s tab when you view the collection, so changing this to your desired title should resolve your issue.
