I am trying to change the font size on my header and I can’t for the life of me do it! I have tried adding code snipppets onto the theme editor and also I have tried adding code onto the base, theme.css and it still doesn’t work. I have a paid theme called Focal, unfortunately the theme doesn’t offer any customisation for this and I really need help in doing so.

Provide public inspectable url or YOUR problem your seeking aid for from OTHER people.
Other people are not mind readers or have access to what you are experiencing.
Be clear in descriptions, does header mean the entire head of the websites or text headings, etc
Or be courteous to your time and everyone elses time and do your research first
