Changing the Mobile Display to Match Desktop

Seeking to have our Mobile View (on our homepage) of these images to match the desktop View. Our Desktop view is 4x2 whereas the mobile view is single line display (we want it to also be 4x2). The Theme used is Venue. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Please Note we found that to edit this homepage page was in Jsn. settings which prevented us to edit the html.
