changing the position of a handle menu or implement a search bar

Dear community,

I would like to change and improve my shopify store, and for this I would like to bring one menu implemented on my page to the heading, the menu or handle is at the bottom and users need to scroll down to find it, how can I do this? please see attachment for reference.
